As of tomorrow (September 16, 2009) we are running a special on the Sorcerer autopilot system. You can get a complete Sorcerer system (servos included) for $8000 USD. We have never offered a special on the Sorcerer before so we thought it was time to try it. That's a $1500 discount off the regular price!

Dealers: Your normal discount rate will apply to the special price, contact me with any questions.

Hi Bob,

We're not sure yet. We haven't run one on the Sorcerer before so we're kind of playing it by ear here.

Are you willing to post prices on an upgrade from other units?

Sure! While the special is on, DFC customers can upgrade to the Sorcerer for only $4000 with trade-in of their DFC programmer.

Upgrades from currently produced products will remain at the difference in price level.

The reason I ask is that I can't take advantage of it today, but would very much like to take advantage of the deal. I just want to understand how long I had to raise the funds. Days, weeks, months?

thanks,

bob

Well, like I said, we're playing this one by ear. So, go ahead and start planning. If something changes and we come up with a date end to the special, I'll let you know ahead of time. Will that work? Thanks!

I was thinking more in terms of upgrades from the Digiflight II VSGV models.

But, with your announcement of the ARINC module (and I haven't read your response to my question on that yet) the point may be moot.

Ah, my mistake. Upgrading from a current product to the Sorcerer will still be at difference in cost. From a VSGV to a Sorcerer right now will be ~$2775.
