took the -10 for a practice ILS. Definitely below GS. all commands were working fine with Sorcerer and 530w. GS armed, and since I was below GS, plane immediately began climbing--to the point that if nothing done, it was going to stall. Shouldn't there be something in software when on GS that doesn't permit wild excursions???? I am sure I don't have the current software, 1 + year old sorcerer. thanks. larry

Hi Larry,
Check the direction of the pitch servo. On the ground command a climb or decent, see if the servo is moving the correct direction. If the display showed GS armed, when it started going up did it show GS DN with an arrow pointing down? Thanks!

the autopilot seems to work fine--it will shoot a GPS approach just fine and works in cruise and climb fine. You don't mean that it works fine in other modes and incorrect hookup causing ILS problem?? larry

Larry,
No, if it's working correctly on a GPS approach, then the servo is not backwards. I'd like you to go ahead and send that one to us so we can update the software and give it a full checkout. Just PM me your address, phone number, and email. Thanks!

I sent in the autopilot and you received it last week. RMA# 23623 Could you give me a status update. I think it needed the latest software and a check to make sure it's working ok, especially on ILS's. I'm anxious to get it back as I have a trip planned in a week. Thanks. larry blumberg
