I have a Sorcerer with the rev B autotrim. Following the ground checkout instructions, these are my results:
stick movement L switch pos R switch pos Tab movement
--------------- -------- -------- --------------
nose down L L down
nose up L L none
nose down L R none
nose up L R up
nose down R L none
nose up R L down
nose down R R up
nose up R R none
Any ideas on how I can get correct movement both ways?

Do you have the link sensor installed? We no longer use the link sensor in the system(strain gauge looking thing with three wires coming out of it). If you do not and are using one of the autotrim modules that was built for it, you'll need to connect a jumper wire from pin 4 to pin 1 on the autotrim. At that point, both switches need to be in the same relative position, i.e. both left or both right. Next, check the voltage going into pin 4 on the autotrim as you have someone apply stick pressure in both directions. You should see a swing from 2.5V in neutral to 0V one direction and up to 5V the other direction.
Let me know what you find. Thanks!

I don't have the link sensor.
How do I know if my autotrim module was built for it? Without pulling out the module, all I know is I have a rev. B autotrim.

Curt,
Does it have two switches on the side or just one? The safe way is just make sure there's a jumper between pin 1 and pin 4.

It has the two switches on the side.

Curt,
Any update? Adding the jumper, checking the voltage on pin 4, etc. Thanks!

Jumped the wires, works great.
