Continuous nose down trim indication

My Digiflight II VS has a continuous nose down trim indication, even when engaged on the ground with no forces on pitch servo. I removed pin 7 from the pitch servo which predictably removed the trim indication function, but this I think also would confirm that no other signal is active at pin 5 on the controller. My harness is
from SteinAir, so my only input into this is via the correct placement of pin 7 at the servo plug which I have confirmed. Can anyone suggest anything please?

Disconnect the servo linkage from the controls and then check the voltage out of pin 7 on the servo with the system engaged. It should be very near 2.5V. If it's not, then we'll need to have the servo back to recalibrate the trim sensor. Thanks!
